Hi dear crafty friends!
Einat Here with a project and a little tutorial to inspire you.
Today I want to show you how to create a circle box. Boxes are fun to create and not very difficult...if they are square. But today I'll show you an easy way to create a circle box.
Start with cutting three 12" x 3" pieces of double sided cardstock. Score all strips on 1/2" length wise.
Cut one of the strips in half on 6".
Cut the paper from the edge to the fold line every 1/4" app. Attach one long strip to one short strip to create one long strip. Repeat with the other two pieces.
Cut two circles: one in 5 1/2" diameter and the other 5 3/8" in diameter.
Attach the little cut flaps to the circle. These flaps allow the paper to bend and create the wall of the circle box. Repeat with the other circle to form the other part of the box.
Now all you need is to embellish it. I used the Cherry Blossom paper collection so I cut lots of flowers and leafs to decorate my box.
